Characteristics
The three species here native to Florida are sometimes segregated into the genus Nuttallanthus. Recent studies have found Linaria to be monophyletic with the inclusion of Nuttallanthus (Fernández-Mazuecos et al. 2013; Vargas et al. 2014).
